Dora is located in Cala D'Or only approx. 500 m from the beautiful sandy bay of Cala Esmeralda and approx. 150 m from a shopping street with restaurants, supermarket and children's playground. The centre of Cala D'Or is just a short 700 m walk away. Here you will find a large selection of shops, restaurants and bars with live music as well as the two sandy bays Cala Gran and Cala D'Or.

The house Dora is built in the typical Ibizan style of Cala D'Or and has been recently renovated while retaining some original elements. The entrance leads directly into the spacious living/dining room with a cosy sofa and dining area. French doors lead out onto the terrace and pool area. The well-equipped kitchen has access to the terrace and the rear garden. Three bedrooms are available. Two rooms each have two single beds, the third room has a double bed. The bedrooms share two modern bathrooms with showers.

Dora has a garden with a well-kept lawn, Mediterranean plants, palm trees and olive trees, which provide welcome shade during the hot summer days. At the front there is a terrace overlooking the garden and the pool, with a table and chairs so that the delicacies prepared on the barbecue can be enjoyed "al fresco". The kidney-shaped pool with brick steps and a ladder offers refreshment, while the sun loungers invite you to enjoy the long summer days there. A cosy chill-out set also enriches the outdoor area.
