This renovated finca is located in the countryside between the small towns of Calonge and Es Carritxo. In Calonge, 2 kilometres away, you will find shops, banks, bars and restaurants. The tourist stronghold of Cala D'Or is also only 10 minutes away by car with shopping streets, beaches, active nightlife and an unsurpassable marina. For culinary delights, the typical Mallorcan restaurant "Sa Farinera" is just 1 km away.

A long covered terrace close to the pool offers a lovely barbecue and dining area. The 9 x 4 metre pool is curved in the shape of a heart and partly borders a beautiful lawn.

Finca Can Batlet is a renovated and newly furnished finca. The outdoor area is beautifully laid out and offers a garden, a lovely terrace and a private pool. An external staircase leads to the entrance on the first floor. From the entrance you enter directly into the living-dining room, which is open-plan in the American style.
