The finca, which perfectly combines rustic and modern style, offers a beautiful Mediterranean garden with a 10 x 4 metre pool. Just 4.5 km away is the famous sandy beach with turquoise-coloured water of Ses Covetes - Es Trenc.
The covered barbecue area has a large dining table and satellite TV as well as an adjoining shower room with washing machine. The pool measures 10 x 4 metres and has a depth of 1.00 m to 1.90 m. The plot is planted with Mediterranean plants.
