This holiday home is the perfect place to get away from it all and shelter from the sometimes fierce winds on the Andalusian coast. The house is surrounded by a beautiful garden with many plants in a quiet location "in campo", in the countryside, as the Spanish say. The nearby former fishing village of Conil de la Frontera has become a popular destination for holidaymakers in Spain.
The holiday home is very personally furnished and offers its guests a very cosy ambience. It has all the facilities that make a guest's stay a pleasant one. With a living space of 112 m², the house, which was renovated in 2014, is ideal for four people. It has central heating and can be rented in both summer and winter. The kitchen has been remodelled. It contains a gas hob, oven, egg cupboard with freezer compartment and is fully equipped. You can also eat at a large table in the kitchen. The two shower rooms have also been remodelled. The fireplace and individual furnishings make the living room really cosy. A television, radio and WLAN internet connection are available. Finally, the two bedrooms each have a 180 and 200 cm wide double bed. Mosquito nets can be fitted over the beds. Insect blinds are not available. There is also no air conditioning or fans, but these are not necessary in summer as the house is built in such a way that the temperature is always pleasant.
In the garden there is a so-called "porche", a kind of veranda where you can relax in summer or eat in the shade. The fixed barbecue oven is also located there. There is a covered terrace in front of the house, which is particularly popular in summer. The property is protected from prying eyes by a high hedge. Cars are generally parked in front of the gate in the recess.
Free internet and various sports equipment are available in the house. Active guests can use two older sets of golf clubs, a surfboard for professionals, two small surfboards, balls, beach tennis and an expander for morning gymnastics.
The shortest distance to the sea and the beach is about 1000 metres or three kilometres, depending on which route you choose. You can hear the sea, but you can't see it. Conil and the nearest shops and restaurants are around three kilometres away.
