The house is located in a quiet complex in the centre of Costa Calma in the Canary Islands Fuerteventura.

The holiday home extends over two floors and can accommodate four people. On the ground floor there is an open-plan living and dining area with a kitchen. The living room has a sofa bed for two children, a coffee table, a TV with satellite channels and a DVD player. Next to it is a dining table with four chairs. The kitchenette is fully equipped with an induction hob, oven, fridge freezer, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and dishwasher. On the first floor there is a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Wi-Fi internet access is also available. There is also a washing machine.

The south-facing covered terrace has a table and four chairs, as well as an umbrella to relax on. The complex also offers a communal swimming pool, sun loungers and a tennis court for guests. There is a swimming pool on the grounds of the complex.

The beautiful sandy beach is just a five-minute walk from the hotel and stretches for 21 kilometres as far as Morro Jable. This creates ideal conditions for water sports. In addition, in the immediate vicinity you will find numerous restaurants, cafés and the El Palmeral shopping centre with shops, banks, petrol station and car rental.
