Holiday home Martín for 6 people, for rent in Portocolom, Mallorca. It is located at the end of a cul-de-sac in a residential area of the quiet coastal town of Porto Colom; one of the largest natural harbours in Mallorca. Porto Colom still retains the charm of a fishing village, where you can still see fishermen repairing their nets at the dock. There are also supermarkets, restaurants, shops and beautiful sandy coves.

The Martin holiday home is a single-storey house with a private pool. It offers a living-dining room with glass doors leading to the pool area. The separate kitchen is spacious, well equipped and has a breakfast table. Access to the utility room with washing machine. Martin offers three bedrooms. One with double bed, direct access to the pool area and en-suite bathroom with shower. The other two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds, share a separate bathroom with shower.

There are ceiling fans in the living room and in the bedrooms.

The house is completely fenced. During the long summer days you can relax in the sun or enjoy a refreshing dip in the pool. On the terrace there is a dining area to enjoy delicious al fresco meals; there is also a brick-built barbecue. A private pool with sun loungers is also at your disposal.
