Binifarda Dor is located in a privileged area, on a hill surrounded by nature, pine trees and wild olive trees. This area called Binifarda is about 4 km away from Felanitx, where you will find shops, restaurants and cafeterias. Every Sunday morning there is a lively market where you can buy fresh produce typical of the island. The tourist resort of Cala D'Or with several sandy coves, a seemingly never-ending choice of restaurants and the impressive international marina is approx. 16 km away. The golf course "Vall D'Or Golf" can be reached in 15 minutes by car. The charming fishing harbour of Porto Colom, with several sandy beaches and lovely restaurants overlooking the sea, can also be reached in 15 minutes by car.
Finca Binifarda Dor is a marvellous country house with a typical country house design, such as high ceilings with wooden beams. The spacious house has plenty of natural light. The main house houses the kitchen, the living and dining area and 2 bedrooms. The other three bedrooms are located separately near the pool and from the outside a few steps lead us into the main house. On the ground floor there is a large open-plan area where the kitchen and the living/dining room are located. The furnishings are in a rustic style. The kitchen has a cooking island and is well equipped. A large dining table and a comfortable seating area invite you to linger. There is a great fireplace between the dining and living area. Next to the kitchen is the utility room and on the ground floor there is a bedroom for 1 person with access to the outside and a separate shower. A narrow wooden staircase leads to the upper floor with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a large corner bath. The bedroom can also be accessed from the outside. The other three bedrooms are located separately from the house on a lower level with access from the outside. There is one double bedroom with en-suite shower room and two twin bedrooms each with en-suite bathrooms. The bedroom on the first floor and the three separate bedrooms have hot/cold air conditioning with fixed and limited hours of use.
There is no better place to enjoy peace and quiet than here. The property is completely surrounded by pine trees. Only birdsong and a breeze can be heard. There is a large covered terrace overlooking the pool. Here you will find a table and chairs for al fresco dining, a mobile barbecue is also available. A few steps lead from the terrace to the large pool (12 m x 6 m, depth 1 m - 1.50 m - 2.60 m) with brick steps. The large sun terrace with comfortable sun loungers invites you to relax and enjoy the long summer days. From here you have a marvellous panoramic view.
