Tanca Nova is a traditional Mallorcan finca located between S'Horta and Cala D'Or, perfect for enjoying the rural tranquillity on the one hand, and the small village of S'Horta or the lively centre of Cala D'Or are only a few minutes away by car on the other. The numerous beautiful sandy bays on the south-east coast, especially Cala Sanau, are also just a few minutes away by car. Tanca Nova is a traditional finca with rural charm. On the ground floor of the house, you enter directly into the rustic dining room, decorated in warm colours, which flows directly into the cosy living room. Right next to the dining area is the well-equipped, renovated kitchen with a view of the plant-filled courtyard. There is also a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a guest toilet on the ground floor. Stairs lead from the living room to the first floor, where there are 3 further simple but inviting bedrooms, each with two single beds. A further renovated bathroom with shower is available here.
The large garden with shrubs, palm trees, trees and bright bougainvillea is very well maintained. The 8m x 4m pool has a large sun terrace with sun loungers and is surrounded on one side by a protective hedge. On the other side, a dry stone wall borders the neighbouring almond tree grove. There are swings and lawns for children to play on. A "porche", a covered terrace with a barbecue area and dining facilities, is located between the house and the garden and provides an ideal shady spot for all meals.
