Modern, spacious holiday home in a quiet location in a nature reserve The house is located above Frigiliana in the Acebuchal nature reserve and offers stunning views of the ocean and valley.
The access level villa features a living/dining room with an open-plan kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The living room is furnished with a cosy sectional, a dining table and a fireplace. The open kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, plenty of cutlery and more. All three bedrooms are furnished with built-in wardrobes, mosquito nets and shuttered windows and are arranged as follows: one bedroom is furnished with two 90 x 200 cm single beds, while the second is furnished with a 140 x 200 cm double bed ; These two bedrooms share a bathroom with shower, a sink and a toilet. The main bedroom is furnished with two single beds (90 x 200 cm) and has a private bathroom with a bath, a sink, a toilet and a bidet.
Villa Godoy is set in enclosed grounds with an electric gate (4,200 m²) with olive trees and tropical plants and palm trees. The covered patio, adjacent to the living room, houses the outdoor kitchen, a barbecue and pizza oven. The adjacent 9 mx 5 m pool can be locked. Parking is also available on site.
All bedrooms are air-conditioned. The drive to the house is paved.
The area is ideal for cycling and hiking. It is about 3 km from Frigiliana's centre. Restaurants and shops can be found in the town. It is 15 minutes by car to the beaches in Nerja.
