The luxurious finca is located about five minutes outside Llucmajor at the foot of the Randa mountain and enchants with a magnificent view of the monastery and the surrounding mountains.luxury finca with infinity glass pool, terrace and oases of peace on a large plot in a rural idyll, take advantage of the ideal starting point for cycling, playing golf or for island excursions and end eventful days with a cosy BBQ
The finca is surrounded by a fully fenced plot of around 2000 m² with an automatic gate and a wide driveway. Palm trees, oases of peace, a unique, illuminated infinity glass pool and Mediterranean plants round off the Mediterranean ambience. Round off eventful days with a cosy BBQ on the large terrace. Lounge furniture, an outdoor TV and loungers invite you to relax and linger.
The exclusive, ecological finca offers space for up to four people with solar power and well water. The original character of the finca has been completely renovated with great attention to detail and delights its guests with every conceivable luxury. The house has approx. 80m² + 40m² covered terrace, two bedrooms with two modern en suite bathrooms with shower and an outdoor shower, a fully equipped modern kitchen and a living/dining room with fireplace. One of the elegant double bedrooms has a king-size bed, the other a queen-size bed. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. The fully equipped luxury kitchen is fitted with a Néspresso coffee machine. Free Wi-Fi, LED TVs with German programmes, air conditioning, central heating and a washing machine are of course also available.
There are three golf courses (Son Gual, Son Antem, Majoris) and the popular cycle route in the immediate vicinity. The beautiful natural beach "Es Trenc" is about 25 kilometres away and the beaches of Playa de Palma can be reached within 15 minutes. The airport is about 15 minutes away and the lively island capital of Palma about 25 minutes. This makes the finca the ideal starting point for island excursions.
