The house is well situated in the centre of Cantabria, from where visitors can travel to admire the beautiful architecture of the valleys of Carmona, Mazcuerras, Cos, Santillana del Mar and Barcena Mayor, among others, where you can enjoy delicious traditional food.

In the large garden of 4000 m2 there is a swimming pool of 14 x 7 m. which includes another one for children of 9 m2, fenced as a security measure. Covered porch with barbecue. At the end of the garden, a regulation tennis court with night lighting. The swimming pool, the garden and the tennis court are for exclusive use.

This is an 18th century ancestral home which the owner has lovingly and carefully restored, adding a few luxuries along the way. In Renedo at 3 kms. there are all kind of services: restaurants, banks, post office, doctors ... Torrelavega, (the second largest town in Cantabria), is 10 minutes drive away and has supermarkets as well as all kinds of shops and restaurants and in the capital, Santander is 15 kms away with its shops, restaurants, casino and fine sandy beaches and the coastal resorts of Liencres, Mogro and Suances are close by.
