The apartment Casa Palmera 3 is situated in a very well-kept complex almost directly at the sea and the fantastic beach of Playa de Las Americas. All shops, restaurants, hairdressers, banks and cash machines are within walking distance. The apartment has a bedroom for 2 persons and there is a pull-out sofa bed in the living room, which offers a comfortable sleeping accommodation for 2 more persons. The flat has a large balcony with a seating area. You can eat and have breakfast together outside there. The balcony faces the quiet pool side, where you can sit and enjoy a glass of wine in the evening.
The cosy living area has a living room with dining counter and a comfortable seating area with flat screen TV with satellite channels and a small stereo system. Internet is available free of charge via Wifi.
The kitchen has a ceramic hob, oven, fridge and freezer, microwave, as well as toaster, kettle and coffee maker. There is also a washing machine with iron and ironing board. The bedroom has two single beds that stand together.
The bathroom has a modern shower.
The apartment is ideal for a bathing and beach holiday, it is also ideal for a long-term holiday. The complex has a very nice pool area with sun loungers. The pool is heated in winter.
