This 60 m² detached holiday home, the "Casa Romeo", boasts a large, bright, open plan living room. The house is furnished with modern furnishings, including a fireplace, a large sofa, a dining table for four and a kitchen unit. The kitchen unit is equipped with a four burner ceran stove, an oven/microwave/grill, a refrigerator, a toaster, a coffee maker, a kettle and a juicer. The spacious bedroom is furnished with a large double bed (2 x 0.90 m x 2.00 m) and a wardrobe. The adjacent bathroom boasts a hairdryer, a mirror, a shower with massage jets, a toilet, a bidet and electric heating. The flat has Wi-Fi, satellite television, radio and central heating. Towels, bath robes and bedding are supplied. Dine al fresco or under the pergola on the Westside of the house, protected from the sun and views; sun bathe on the patio on the south side of the house. In the garden in front of and near the house is a pavilion with a table and chairs, a sun terrace with sun loungers and an outdoor chess board which is communally used.
The sofa bed is made up of two single beds (90 x 200 cm). The community laundry room offers a washing machine, an ironing board and an iron.
