Situated in the beautiful area of La Font, between the town of Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa, Font Mar offers an excellent location and some of the best beaches on the island are just a short drive away. This charming villa of 150m2 situated on a plot of 4000m2 offers beautiful views towards the mountains of "La Font". Its garden and exterior make this a perfect place for families or groups of friends.

From the main entrance you enter the spacious open plan lounge/dining room with decorative fireplace, comfortable seating, satellite TV, Wifi and dining table and chairs.
On the other side of the entrance hall is the kitchen, fully equipped with all necessary appliances: fridge/freezer, electric oven, hob, microwave and other utensils. There is a separate utility room with dishwasher and washing machine.
A corridor gives access to the sleeping area, there are three bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and air conditioning, one double and two twin bedrooms, all of them sharing two bathrooms, one with bathtub and one with shower.

The exterior of villa Font Mar is a delight for family or friends with beautiful terrace areas, both covered and uncovered, ideal for enjoying the warm Mallorcan summer evenings. With direct access from the living room there is a picturesque covered terrace with built-in barbecue and units for easy food preparation and a large dining table and wicker chairs for all your &ldquocomidas al fresco&rdquo overlooking the pool and garden. Also below the terrace is a sofa and rocking chairs where you can sit and relax after dinner or just lounge in the shade during the day.
The inviting 4 x 3 metre kidney style pool has Roman steps for easy access and can also be heated during the months of April, May and October to a maximum of 26 degrees. Around the pool area you can find sun loungers, deckchairs and a fixed parasol, plus another table and chairs.
In the shade of the palm trees there is a table tennis table.
