This charming country house has an extensive lawned garden and a large private swimming pool. The pool overlooks the Tramontana mountains, giving you your own private view of the hills. To one side of the pool there is a fantastic barbecue and outdoor dining area, surrounded by plants and trees. There is also plenty of space to sunbathe and enjoy this peaceful setting. A long cobbled driveway, lined with flowering oleanders and olive trees leads to the parking area at the front of villa Martorellet. The split level lounge has comfortable seating, flat screen TV, fireplace, wooden beamed ceiling and exposed stone walls. On the other side of the ground floor is the dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. The dining room has large windows overlooking the gardens, plus a small seating area.
