Lucia is a charming holiday flat for 4 people on the ground floor of a small and quiet complex of only 3 flats, with a lawned garden at the front and a communal pool at the back. Just 170 metres from the beautiful sandy cove of Cala Des Pou, in the area of Es Forti, Cala Dor, Mallorca.
The flat is located on the ground floor, with entrance at the rear of the building. The hallway leads to the living-dining room and the open-plan kitchen. The living room has access to a terrace overlooking the front garden and the street. Utility room next to the kitchen, which also has a small extra fridge. The two bedrooms each have two single beds. One with access to the terrace/pool area and separate bathroom right next to the bedroom. The second bedroom has its own bathroom.
The flat has a table with four chairs and 4 sun loungers in the outdoor area.
