Villa Syrah was built in 2004 on a plot of 550 m² with modern style finishes. It is located in Punta Brava, just behind the Loro Parque. Opposite the kitchen there is a guest toilet and the spacious TV room with satellite TV and two large sofas. Just behind one of the bedrooms there is a room with a double bed. In this room you will also find a working area with computer and printer. Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms, two of them with en suite bathrooms and an additional bathroom with bathtub. Three of the bedrooms have private balconies. The master bedroom has a dressing room, en suite bathroom with Jacuzzi and separate shower and a small fridge. In this bedroom, a beautiful balcony offers spectacular views of the sea and the Teide. The basement (recently renovated) has a fully equipped gym with treadmill, multifunctional machine, exercise bike, elliptical trainer, mirror, vibrator, TV, etc. In addition, there is a lounge area, extra large 75 inch TV, internet connection, a PlayStation and Nintendo Wii console with a multitude of games and home cinema. There is also a pool table, table football and lots of board games - a fantastic new area to enjoy! The villa also has a large kitchen-dining room and a bedroom on the same floor. The villa also has a first aid kit and fire extinguishers.
