This comfortable Canarian holiday rental house offers 249 m2 of living space. Its unique design allows for ample natural light throughout the place. In the center of the house, there is a charming "patio" around which all the rooms are distributed. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything necessary for cooking. Additionally, there is an outdoor kitchen located next to the spacious barbecue area, the private pool (4 x 8 meters), and the garden, which covers a total area of 1800 m2. Private parking is also available.

Upon entering through the main entrance and turning left, you access a small room that can serve as a bedroom (with a sofa bed) or as a workspace or retreat. Adjacent to this room, there is another room with two single beds and, next to it, a bathroom with a shower. Further on, there is a room with a double bed and the master bedroom with a double bed and a private bathroom with a shower and bathtub. The high-quality wooden furniture in the house is over 100 years old, and some rooms also feature custom-made furniture. Continuing down the hallway, you will find another room with a double bed overlooking the pool. Behind it is the living room, equipped with satellite TV, which provides access to the pool area with barbecue and ping pong table. Next to the living room, there is a spacious dining room and the kitchen, which also has access to the garden and the garage.

Free Wi-Fi is available, and upon request, a crib and a high chair for babies can be provided at no additional cost.

Private pool, can be heated at an extra cost. Instead of chlorine we have a system with salted water (less salt than the sea).
