A wonderful oasis awaits our guests in this elegant traditional finca very close to Sant Llorenç des Cardassar on the east coast of Mallorca.

The location of this finca is simply ideal, here you can enjoy absolute peace and privacy, combined with wonderful views of the surrounding landscape and, when the visibility is good, even down to the sea.

But the highlight is undoubtedly the beautiful garden with well-kept lawns surrounding the huge 14 m x 6 m swimming pool (1.20 to 1.90 m deep). On the wooden sun loungers by the pool you can relax in the sun or in the shade of an umbrella. The covered terrace with sofas and dining table overlooking the pool guarantees a pleasant gathering of all guests. For sports enthusiasts, the finca has a sandy beach volleyball court.

With about 220 m2 of living space on two floors, the finca offers a cosy atmosphere with aesthetic floors and white walls. High French windows and beamed ceilings tastefully complete the elegant interior. It also invites you to relax on the sofa in the cosy living room with satellite TV. The dining table is located directly opposite the fully equipped kitchen. The three bright bedrooms guarantee restful nights. One of them is on the ground floor (1x double bed) and the other two, with access to a terrace with fantastic views of the garden and the landscape, on the upper floor (2x double bed). There are a total of three bathrooms, one on the ground floor (1x with shower) and the other two on the upper floor (1x shower, 1x bath shower, both en suite).

The village of Sant Llorençc is only 5 minutes away by car and the nearest beaches on the east coast, such as Cala Millor or Sa Coma, are about 15 minutes away by car.
