This flat enjoys a very central location, only 200 m from the centre and 500 m from the beach.

The kitchen is fully equipped with hob, microwave, coffee machine and dishwasher. Crockery and cutlery are also provided. One bedroom with a single bed, one bedroom with two single beds and one bedroom with a double bed offer comfortable accommodation, even for families. Bed linen and towels are provided. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and HD TV. There is a bathroom with a shower and a bathroom with a bathtub at your disposal. The rooms are bright, modern and tastefully designed to ensure an unforgettable stay.

The beach is only 500 metres away and is easily accessible with a pram or pushchair.
Another beach, the "Playa del Cura", is just one kilometre away. The village centre and numerous restaurants are also only 200 metres away. A stroll along the five kilometre long promenade is a must. In the evening, enjoy delicious seafood in a harbour restaurant with stunning sea views. If you still feel like going out, we recommend a visit to the La Zenia Boulevard shopping centre, opened in 2011, just nine kilometres away. Here you'll find a huge shopping centre with a variety of children's attractions and a wide range of dining options. You can also visit the Aquapolis water park, two kilometres away, which, with its fascinating giant slides, is a must for all ages. There is also a golf course fourteen kilometres away in Villamartin. The region is also known for its mineral-rich salt lakes, the "Salinas", which have proven to have regenerative therapeutic effects on body and mind. The climate, characterised by healthy pine and eucalyptus trees, has a healing effect on conditions such as allergies, asthma and bronchitis.
