Welcome to the newly opened Sunny Villa flat on the ground floor in a complex with two communal pools. Sunny Villa is a four-bedroom flat for up to 6 people, in a great location with a comfortable interior and plenty of sunshine. This is just a brief description of our holiday home. Completed in 2017, the flat is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable holiday stay. On an area of 86 m2 there are 3 bedrooms, a spacious living room, a well-equipped kitchen and 2 bathrooms. You can relax in the large garden and on the terrace. This holiday flat is equipped with air conditioning, an alarm system, internet access, satellite TV, a TV in the living room and another in the bedroom. The entire flat is air-conditioned. When leaving the flat, please turn off the air-conditioning and, above all, remember to close the windows to avoid unnecessary electricity consumption, which can generate additional costs. Bed linen and towels are provided for guests.
