The river Spey is only 400 meters from the property. The National Park is a haven for outdoor enthusiasts. There are numerous golf courses in the vicinity. The house is on Whisky Road. It is just a few minutes' drive to famous distilleries, including Glenfarclas, Glenlivet, Aberlour and Macallan.
