Go on holiday in an original Småland house as you know it from Astrid Lindgren's stories.
Our holiday home near Hultsfred is situated in picturesque surroundings in a small valley on the edge of the forest.
Surrounded by meadows where mother cows graze with their calves in summer and far away from towns and traffic, we invite you to relax, feel good and dream.
The approx. 140 year old house has been completely renovated and modernised so that it meets modern standards.
We have taken care to retain as much of the original features as possible so that it does not lose its special charm.
In our large garden you can enjoy the tranquillity of nature between the fruit trees and the granite rocks typical of the area.
Cars and people are rarely seen in Nymåla.
The house is situated in the area where Astrid Lindgren's stories are set.
Bullerby, Michels Katthult Farm and Lönneberga are in the immediate vicinity and 20 kilometres away in Vimmerby, the birthplace and home of Astrid Lindgren, you will find the wonderful theme park "Astrid Lindgren's World", which every child should visit at least once.
In Hultsfred, approx. 4km away, you will find shops for all your daily needs.
In the immediate vicinity you have the choice between several beautiful bathing lakes and the area also offers many other opportunities for activities.
An ideal place to relax, enjoy nature, forget the stress of everyday life and clear your head.
