These two architectural jewels, newly built in 2015, enjoy a spectacular location right above the sea along the west coast of Sweden. Your extensive, private sun deck is nestled into the romantic stone coast. You can sunbathe here during the day in absolute privacy with a view of the sea and the island Malmön, and then spend leisurely grill evenings under a starry sky. From the sun deck, it is just a few steps to the sea about 100 metres away. Owing to the secluded location, you will need to arrive by car. Three parking spaces are available on site.
The adjacent holiday houses together (one measuring 110m², the other 40m²) can accommodate up to ten people and are ideally suited to a family or a group of friends who would like to spend their holiday together, whilst still retaining occasional privacy. Both houses have a light living and dining room with an integrated, luxuriously fitted kitchen, two bedrooms and a spacious daylight bathroom. The living rooms provide comfortable sofas, TVs and an open fireplace for cosy warmth in the evening. The white and glossy built-in kitchens provide the latest appliances: a dishwasher, a ceramic hob with a cooker hood, an oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. Both bathrooms have a walk-in shower cubicle with a rain showerhead, an extra-wide washbasin with a cupboard underneath and a wall mirror, and a toilet. The larger house can accommodate six people, the smaller house four people. Of the two bedrooms in the larger house, one is furnished with a double bed (160 x 200cm), the other with two bunk beds (measuring 105 x 200cm below and 90 x 200cm above). The two bedrooms in the smaller house each have a bunk bed (120 x 200cm below and 90 x 200cm above). You have your own washing machine and the reliable wireless Internet connection in both houses is included in the rental price. Bed linen and towels are available for a small fee. Herbs, oil, flour, sugar, coffee, tea, firewood, charcoal, candles, serviettes, washing up and cleaning utensils are provided free of charge.
The nearest larger towns Kungshamn and Smögen are about 9km away, a drive of about 15 minutes. You can find all everyday amenities here: supermarkets, shops, cafes, restaurants and some vibrant bars for nightlife.
