Stay in a private cottage on the shores of a lake between Gothenburg & Landvetter airport, surrounded by pristine pine woods.

Wooden cottage suitable for up to 1-4 people, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and living-room, free 60Mb/sec wi-fi. Situated 10 meters from lake shore, surrounded by Swedish woods, wonderfully quiet and relaxing. Fabulous lake panorama. Attractive, traditional Swedish "stuga", well appointed 51sqm cottage. Unique location on larger property, only 10 meters from edge of lake, stunning panorama and surroundings. BEDROOM with one double bed (plus double sofa-bed in living-room). Baby cot available upon request. All bed linen, towels and cleaning are included. BATHROOM with toilet, handbasin, shower, shower. KITCHEN with fridge and freezer, hot plate, microwave, mini-dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee-machine, cutlery and a selection of base ingredients (tea, coffee, sugar, spices, etc). LIVING-ROOM with sofa (easily converts to double sofa-bed), 44" SMART TV with satellite programs (with Canal Digital, Netflix, Youtube, Chrome-cast, etc) breakfast table. INCLUDED in price: parking on private land, wi-fi 60MB/sec, bedwear, towels, toiletries, hair-dryer, luggage storage, access to jetty/lake-shore, cleaning upon departure. HOUSE-RULES: pets are welcome, no shoes inside, smoking is permitted outside.

Guests have free access to the gardens, jetty and natural beach on the side of the lake, many walking paths in the woods less than 100m away.
Children can play in large garden with trampoline, a giant swing, a playhouse, climbing areas, bicycles, choice of indoor and outdoor games.

Optionals (extra cost) include sauna, jacuzzi, boat with electric engine, fishing equipment and permit, kayaks, bicycles. Breakfast, lunch or dinner can be ordered and will be served in the cottage at the time of your choice.

The cottage is situated between a lake (25m) and the woods (100m), which lends itself to walking/jogging, road or mountain biking, swimming, fishing, picking berries (Jul-Aug) or mushrooms (Aug-Sep). You may occasionally encounter deer or moose.

In the vicinity: trekking in the woods, golf, horse riding, cycling, shooting range. In the winter: skating rink and possibly walking/skating/skiing on iced lake. Private parking 7 meters from the cottage. Free use of trampoline, swings, bathing from sand beach. Optionals (extra cost) include sauna, jacuzzi, boat with electric engine, fishing equipment and permit, kayaks, bicycles. Breakfast, lunch or dinner can be served in the cottage at the time of your choice. Not entirely suitable for wheelchair access.
