4 bedroom villa with amazing sea views has an absolutely fabulous location only 300 m. to the Old Town of Kalkan. 185 m2 villa has two floors, with its ground floor opening onto a pool terrace which overlooks the Kalkan Bay and provides breathtaking views. It has been refurbished thoroughout not long ago and is elegantly furnished. It is within only 5 minutes walking distance to supermarkets, bars/restaurants, shops and 10 minutes to Kalkan harbour and Kalkan Beach.
Living Room/Kitchen
Entrance is into a cozy open-plan room with a comfortable sitting area with three sofas, TV/DVD player, separate dining area and a fully-fitted kitchen equipped with all utensils and appliances needed.
Bedrooms
On ground floor a twin bedroom and upstairs are a double master bedroom with stunning sea views across the bay and two more double bedrooms. Each has an en-suite bathroom with shower/WC
Swimming Pool
The pool terrace looks directly out to sea and affords spectacular views of the bay. For those who like long swims, there is also a communal pool which is one of the largest in Kalkan, if not the largest, only 20 m. from the villa.
