The villa is a luxurious villa located in Üzümlü, a quiet area and the best holiday resort of Kalkan. It offers a breathtaking view and you can even see the world famous Patara beach with a length of 13 km in the distance. The villa is spacious and has a special children's playground, a park and a garden area for families with children. The pool and pool terrace are generously designed and offer privacy. Therefore, the villa is an ideal choice for conservative families and honeymoon couples. The villa consists of a total of 2 suites. On the ground floor there is a modern kitchen and a living room. Thanks to the bed in the cinema room in the basement, a total of 7 people can be accommodated. Our villa offers a marvellous view from every room and provides a comfortable service with its sauna. There is a hot tub in both rooms, making it a villa with two hot tubs. With all these features, our villa awaits its valued guests. In addition, there is table tennis and table football for your entertainment in the villa.
Note: Thanks to the bed in the cinema room of our villa, a total of 7 people can be accommodated.

The roads in Kalkan are partly hilly and uneven.
