This cosy holiday flat is located on the first floor of a two-storey detached house in Ölsen, Rhineland-Palatinate in the Westerwald.
The approx. 100 m² flat has a large living/dining room with a sofa bed for two people (1.4 m x 2 m), a dining table with chairs and a fireplace. The fireplace can of course be used for cosy evenings. The first bedroom has a double bed and a sofa bed for one person (1.5m x 2m) and a cot/baby bed. The second bedroom has a bed (1.40 m wide). The flat has a fully equipped fitted kitchen with an oven, a ceramic hob, a fridge with freezer compartment, a freezer, a dishwasher, a filter coffee machine, a toaster, a kettle and a storage room. The landlord will be happy to provide you with a high chair free of charge. The flat also has a bathroom with shower, bathtub, washbasin, hairdryer and toilet. A washing machine, tumble dryer, hoover and iron can be used free of charge. The washing machine and tumble dryer are located in the laundry room in the basement of the building. The flat has free WLAN. The linen package includes one bath towel, two towels and bed linen per person
The apartment is handed over clean and the landlord attaches great importance to a broom-free handover (due to the occasion).
The car parking space is located in the immediate vicinity of the entrance and can be used free of charge. Pets are allowed on request.
The flat is intended for guests who feel comfortable in a rural environment and have a soft spot for nature and animals, but do not want to do without a certain degree of aesthetics.
The nearest shops are six kilometres away. Restaurants, market centres, pharmacies, doctors and a cultural centre with various events can be found in Altenkirchen, six kilometres away. Within a radius of 6 -15 km you will find further cultural attractions (Kulturwerk Wissen and Haus Felsenkeller Altenkirchen), as well as restaurants with international cuisine and cafés. For night owls, there is pure dancing pleasure in Uckerath, 20 km away. The Schaukelkeller dance club is the epitome of bowling clubs.
The nearby waters offer a variety of water sports.
