The studio is close to the train station, right in the town centre. The studio offers a view to the west in the direction of Wilhelmstrasse and Friedrichstrasse.
The studio consists of a combined living room and bedroom with a new pantry kitchen and a new shower room. The studio was comprehensively refurbished in 2015 and the furniture is new. The pantry kitchen is equipped with an electric stove, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a kettle and a coffee machine. The living and sleeping room is comfortably furnished with a double cupboard bed (160 x 200cm), two cupboards, a flatscreen TV, a radio, a two-seater sofa and a dining table with two chairs. The bathroom has a shower, WC, washbasin and towel radiator. Smoking is not permitted in the studio and pets are not allowed. The house has a lift.
You can drive into the street at any time for loading or unloading and a parking space can be provided on requested.
There are many gastronomic establishments and shops nearby, as well as the train station with the bus station and a taxi stand. The beach is just a few hundred metres away.
Short holidays may be possible with restrictions (e.g. to fill a booking gap or as a follow-on booking).
