Comfortable, quiet 2-room holiday flat (60 sqm incl. 2 terraces) for 2 people on the ground floor. Underground car park included. Very quiet location directly at the spa gardens. Only 50 metres to the beach! The two terraces belonging to the holiday flat (east and south-west facing) offer you all-day sunshine and the ideal opportunity to relax thanks to their ideal location.
The large living area has a fitted kitchen with electric cooker, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, egg cooker, pots, crockery and cutlery (for 12 people). There is also a music system, cable TV and a DVD player. The dining area is furnished with a modern table, 4 comfortable chairs and a sideboard. WLAN is available. The cosy seating area with glass table, uplighter and large sofa invites you to relax. The light-flooded bedroom has a comfortable double bed, a large wardrobe with folding doors, a bookshelf and 2 large windows with access to the two terraces. The bright and cosy bathroom has a round shower with glass doors, WC, washbasin, glass shelf and a side cabinet with plenty of space for your bathroom utensils. A hairdryer is also available. All windows have electric shutters.
The beautiful garden with two terraces, which promise sun from morning to evening, is equipped with 4 garden chairs, a spacious garden table, a parasol and 2 sun loungers.
