The holiday flat is located between the districts of Bad Neuenahr and Ahrweiler in the centre of the wine-growing region of the Ahr Valley.
Low-rise building accessible at ground level with 48 square metres of living space. Completion 2023 Floor-to-ceiling windows offer plenty of light and can be darkened with electric blinds. Laminate flooring (allergy-friendly) with underfloor heating, TV (43 inch); wall cupboard with safe, kitchen with dishwasher, fridge including freezer compartment, convection bonnet, fully automatic coffee machine, toaster and kettle. Enjoy a good night's sleep in the cosy box-spring double bed. A pull-out couch is available if required. Fully equipped bathroom with barrier-free accessible rain shower, WC, washbasin and hairdryer. A washing machine and tumble dryer can be used in the flat for an additional charge. Bed linen and towels are included in the price.

With the exception of a step in front of the entrance door, everything is accessible at ground level. Every guest purchases a guest card, which includes free use of the Ahrtalbahn railway and other discounts.
The town of Bad Neuenahr-Ahrweiler is located in the centre of the Ahr Valley wine-growing region and, with a population of over 25,000, offers a wide range of shops, restaurants and leisure facilities. The town is surrounded by vineyards and forests and lies on the Ahr, a tributary of the Rhine. Hikers will find a variety of hiking trails through vineyards and forests. Mountain bikers get their money's worth here. The spa town of Bad Neuenahr and the medieval town centre of the wine metropolis of Ahrweiler form a unique combination of wellness and enjoyment. It is currently possible to travel on the Ahr Valley Railway between the Walporzheim district and Remagen on the Rhine. Further expansion of the railway upstream is planned for the coming years. Excursions to the Rhine (e.g. to Bonn and Koblenz) are also possible, as is a city trip to Cologne, around 50 kilometres away.
