This holiday flat is located on the ground floor of the old town house. It has a spacious living room with sleeping facilities, a bedroom, a separate open-plan kitchen and a shower room. After entering the house, you will find the flat door immediately on the right-hand side. With one step you enter the spacious living room. The flat was renovated in 2015 and offers modern furnishings with attractive accessories. Thanks to its location in an old building with the typical high ceilings, the interior feels very cosy and spacious. After a day out, you can relax on the sofa in the living room. There is also an additional sofa bed in this room, which lets in plenty of natural light through two large windows. A wall-mounted flat-screen TV with satellite TV and TV-USB connection provides entertainment in the evening. The bedroom is furnished with a spacious double bed (180 cm x 200 cm) with two bedside tables on both sides and reading lamps. The kitchen equipment allows you to comfortably cater for yourself. The equipment includes a cooker with four-zone hob and oven, a sink, a fridge and even a dishwasher. There is also a kettle and coffee machine. There is a long dining table for four people in the kitchen. Alternatively, if the weather is good, you can quickly step through the outside door onto the terrace and enjoy a meal outdoors. The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower with shower curtain, an undermounted washbasin, a towel dryer and a WC. The modern facilities also include free Internet access via WLAN. This means you can also be reached on holiday, fine-tune your holiday plans on site or send your holiday greetings with photos directly to your friends and acquaintances.
The flat has direct access to the terrace at the rear of the building.
