The big holiday apartment with a fireplace is in a modernised farmhouse on the island Usedom. The surroundings have a rural character and the house stands alone. Do you need time out from home, but dislike the anonymity of a hotel? Are you looking forward to a relaxing holiday with an independent atmosphere? Then our holiday apartments are an optimal alternative, especially for a holiday with small children.
The apartments have separate ground-level entrances. They are practical and comfortable and set up for self-catering, so you do not have to go to restaurants. With their charming interiors and cosy warmth they will feel like a home away from home. Apartment 2 measures around 105m² and can accommodate up to 6 people. It has three bedrooms each for two people, two of which have a double bed, the third a bunk bed. The kitchen has a built-in kitchen unit and a sitting corner and is equipped with a fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, four-ring ceramic hob. The cosy living room with a fireplace stove also has satellite TV, a DVD player, radio/CD. The bathroom is fitted with a shower and there is also a washing machine.
The old modernised farmhouse is on a large site with a grill area, campfire area, climbing frame, seating groups etc. that you are welcome to use. Parking spaces are available. You can have breakfast in the generous garden or enjoy the morning sun on the terrace. The large lawn invites you to enjoy badminton or frisbee and children can run around and play. You can sunbathe undisturbed and relax in the fresh air in private seclusion.
Katschow is between the town Usedom and the three seaside towns of Bansin, Heringsdorf and Ahlbeck, in a central location for the Baltic Sea, Stettiner Haff, Peenestrom and the Achterwasser.
