The house is detached in a quiet location.
You live in a comfortable, newly furnished 50 m² holiday home. There is a spacious, bright living room (Smart TV) with kitchen and a country-style bedroom with double bed. The bathroom has a shower and WC.
There is direct access via two large patio doors to the outdoor area with NATURAL GARDEN, wooden terrace and large green area, garden furniture and barbecue.
You need one minute to the bathing area, car parking and rowing boat with fishing jetty free of charge, towels and bed linen included, 1 bottle of sparkling wine free on arrival. In addition, we offer you a beach chair on our hill with a view over the Nepperminer See as well as relaxation loungers to linger.
Enjoy the marvellous sunsets on Lake Neppermin with a glass of wine - exclusively from our own waterfront property. The distance to the island's seaside resorts is approx. six kilometres and the distance to the romantic moated castle is approx. three kilometres. The landlord will be happy to lend you bicycles to explore the island of Usedom on the cycle path. Fish restaurant in the village.
