This is a 40m² holiday apartment. This light and charmingly furnished accommodation enjoys a very quiet, but convenient location in Lichtenrade, about 30 minutes from Potsdamer Platz.
There is a balcony outside. You can park on site, secured by a barrier.
It has a spacious living room/bedroom. The double bed has a good slatted frame and orthopedic mattresses. A TV and a little stereo system are provided in the lounge area. There is also a luxurious shower room with a hairdryer. The kitchen is fully-equipped with a stove, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and ample crockery. The apartment is ideal for two people, but can accommodate three people with supplementary bed.
Owing to the convenient location it is easy to get to shops and restaurants etc.
Note: According to the Berlin regulation, rental for tourist purposes is not permitted during the time of the exit restriction. Bookings for business trips are not covered by the ban, bookings based on the exit restrictions are also not affected.
