We rent a 45 square metre flat in the Tegeler See residential park in Berlin-Tegel. This housing estate was built in the 1930s on the shores of Tegeler See.
The flat consists of a hallway, a shower room with WC, a kitchen with dining area and a bed-sitting room. There is a corner sofa in the lounge/bedroom, which can be converted into a double bed in no time at all. There is also a loft bed, which can be used at your own risk. There is also a folding mattress that can be used for an additional person. Bed linen must be brought for all sleeping arrangements, this cannot be provided on site. Please note that a 180cm x 220cm bed sheet is required for the sofa bed, normal fitted sheets cannot be used due to the upholstery layout.
Please note that all towels (body and kitchen) must be brought along in addition to the bed linen!
The kitchen of the flat is well equipped, all essential appliances are available (dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven, fridge/freezer, ...).
The flat has high-speed Internet access via WLAN. In addition, a telephone connection with flat rate to all German networks can be used.
There is a bus stop right next to the house, so you can use Berlin's public transport system immediately!
In addition to payment to the agency, the booking fee (€ 40.00), the deposit (€ 100.00) and the final cleaning fee (€ 40.00) must be paid to the landlord by bank transfer or PayPal before arrival! Unfortunately, it is not possible to pay these fees on site!
