The accommodation is located in a beautiful residential neighbourhood with historic facades. In the immediate vicinity is the picturesque Schlossteich pond with a park for strolling and relaxing.
The city centre with shopping centres, cafés, restaurants and much more is also just a few minutes' walk away, as is Chemnitz main railway station.

This stylishly furnished 3-room flat (75m²) is wonderfully located in the centre of Chemnitz and is suitable for up to 5 people. It is located in a quiet and well-kept old building district, not far from the Chemnitz castle pond, the city centre and the main railway station.
You will find a flat furnished with great attention to detail. A king-size bed and a wardrobe await you in the large master bedroom.
In the small bedroom you can enjoy a view of the small garden of the house and can relax in a spacious single bed.
The living room has a cosy sofa corner with a SmartTV with Netflix access. There is also a small selection of games and books. The sofa can optionally be used as a sofa bed.
The sanitary area is divided into a light-flooded shower room, a toilet room and a small washroom. Our bathroom is equipped with plenty of fresh towels, shampoo/shower gel/body lotion, toothbrush sets and a hairdryer.
Our modern kitchen has everything you could wish for: hob, oven, large dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, filter coffee machine, kettle and toaster. Of course, there are also plates, cutlery, glasses, pots, bowls, pans, etc. In the kitchen you will find all the basic ingredients for cooking, as well as a selection of different teas, coffee and more. The solid wood dining table easily seats 5 people on our designer chairs.
High-speed WiFi is available throughout the flat. Slippers of all sizes are available for every guest in the hallway. There is also a shoe bench to put on your shoes comfortably, as well as a wardrobe and full-length mirror. For wet days, you can take an umbrella from the umbrella stand.
There is a small courtyard behind the house, which you can use for a short smoke break or to get some fresh air. The flat is also suitable for a longer stay in Chemnitz: there is a washer-dryer, iron/ironing board and a large kitchen table, which can also be used as a home office space and plenty of room overall. A total of up to 5 guests can be accommodated, 2 of whom sleep in the large king-size bed and 1 guest in a cosy single bed (100 cm x 200 cm) in the small bedroom. There is a sofa bed in the living room for the fourth and fifth guest.
NOTE: This accommodation can only be booked by persons of legal age (children are only permitted as fellow travellers). Please state the names and ages of all travellers when booking.
