Discover our charming retreat in a quiet neighbourhood of detached houses, perfect for your next city trip to Cologne. Our holiday flat on the 2nd floor offers 47 sqm of space and a cosy atmosphere for up to 2 adults. Thanks to the comfortable double bed (180x200) in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. Look forward to a separate entrance and the exclusive character of your temporary home - a place where no strangers disturb the peace.
Friends and acquaintances of guests are not allowed to enter or use the flat!

In the flat you will find a practically furnished small kitchen, equipped with an induction hob, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster and a coffee filter machine. A satellite TV, which can be used free of charge, provides entertainment. A cosy hallway, inviting living room and a clean bathroom complete the picture of an urban home away from home.

Another highlight of our accommodation is the free parking space directly in front of the house, where your vehicle can be parked safely in the driveway.
