This lovingly furnished holiday flat on the southern outskirts of Dresden is located on the ground floor of a detached house in a second row in a quiet location. The well-kept holiday flat with terrace is in a quiet location. Discover the charming surroundings on walks and excursions and don't miss out on a trip to Dresden

Outside, a terrace with garden furniture and parasol invites you to linger. A barbecue can also be provided. The car park is located directly in front of the holiday flat in the courtyard.

The holiday flat is 45m² in size and includes a living room with sofa bed with a view of the garden. A comfortable box-spring bed awaits you in the bedroom. A travel cot for children is also available on request. The kitchen with dining area is equipped with all important kitchen utensils. The tiled bathroom is equipped with a shower and WC. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer in the bathroom. Please note that this is a non-smoking flat. The flat is partially equipped with underfloor heating.

The nearby Windberg and the former railway embankment of the Windbergbahn invite you to go for walks and hikes. It is an ideal starting point for visiting Dresden or making excursions to Pillnitz, Moritzburg or Saxon Switzerland. It is also possible to travel to the centre of Dresden by public transport.
