Our holiday flat is located in the Olympic resort of Garmisch-Partenkirchen at the foot of the Zugspitze. Garmisch offers something for all ages. Hiking on numerous well-maintained hiking trails directly from the house, mountaineering, mountain biking, international events, cultural days and open airs, swimming, golfing, or just relaxing on a summer holiday. Skiing on World Cup pistes, cross-country skiing on well-groomed trails, visits to international winter sports events. Let yourself be whisked away to this realm of the senses, where holiday enjoyment and pleasure take centre stage!
Our holiday flat is a bright 90sqm non-smoking flat with upscale furnishings on the 1st floor of a completely renovated house (core refurbished) with wall heating and oiled wooden floorboards. The flat is suitable for 2 persons;
1 bedroom with double bed and large country-style wardrobe with mirror and luggage rack, valet stand and safe. Perfectly equipped country-style kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, freezer, oven with ceramic hob, microwave, Senseo coffee machine, kettle, toaster, raclette, wok, fine bone china crockery,... Dining area with corner bench and chairs Living room with TV, DVD, radio and beautiful armchair set. Bathroom with large bathtub and separate shower, mirror cabinet, illuminated make-up mirror, hairdryer and a separate guest WC. The flat also has a large balcony with patio furniture, a small garden with barbecue area, garage and a ski storage room. A washing machine/dryer is available as well as an iron/ironing board.
W-LAN with your own computer is free of charge, and you can also make free calls to German landlines. 2 bicycles are available for use free of charge.
