House:
Look forward to a very beautiful, modern holiday home, just 250 meters from the fine sandy Grömitz beach. In a quiet location, with beautiful views of the Baltic Sea, a private beach chair on the beach, and space for 1-4 people. This completely renovated and newly furnished holiday home covers a generous 100 square meters. On the ground floor is the fully equipped kitchen with a first dining table, large refrigerator, convection oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, and much more. A new daylight bathroom with a first toilet, a 100x150cm walk-in shower, a large illuminated mirror, and a built-in radio. A tastefully furnished living and dining room with a second dining table, a large flat-screen satellite TV, access to the covered terrace with garden, private grill, and beautiful views of the Baltic Sea. On the first floor, there is a large bedroom with a 180x200cm box spring bed with two mattresses, a large sliding door wardrobe, and access to the balcony with a stunning sea view. The second bedroom has two single beds (90x200cm each), a wardrobe, and a walk-in closet. The second bathroom with natural light is equipped with a bathtub, sink, and a second toilet. A solid wood toddler bed and a highchair are available for our younger guests. Most of the windows have electric blinds. A washing machine is available. Wi-Fi, a beach chair on the beach, and a parking space in the yard are included. The house is located in a 30 km/h zone with a playground approximately 200 meters away.
