In the hallway there is a pellet stove (pellets included) for the colder days, which ensures a cosy room temperature throughout the flat. In the large bedroom there is a wood-burning stove (firewood included) for romantic hours. Otherwise there are infrared heaters.
A large daylight bathroom with 2 washbasins, WC and a 1.20 x 0.80 m barrier-free rain shower ensure a feel-good atmosphere for daily grooming.
The garden with garden furniture, a barbecue, a trampoline and a table tennis table can be used as desired.
