Our holiday flat has a beautiful view of the Bay of Lübeck and is located in the centre of Scharbeutz, just a few minutes' walk from the beach. Within walking distance you will find all shops for daily needs, post office, ATMs and a pharmacy, and you can reach us by car via the A1 motorway junction Pansdorf, by train and by regional bus.
Our flat was completely renovated and refurbished in 2018. You will find everything you need for a successful holiday - from A for extractor bonnet to Z for citrus press. There is a ceramic hob and oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, Nespresso machine, coffee machine, egg cooker and, of course, pots, pans, crockery and cutlery. But you don't actually want to be in the kitchen - restaurants and bars are just a short walk away.the bedroom is small, but the bed is large. The mattresses are changed every year, so you won't be lying in the previous tenant's cave. The children have their own realm with bunk beds, games and toys. Don't have children? The bed is stable enough for 2 adults. In the living room you can relax on the comfortable sofa set, watch TV (incl. AppleTV) or play on the Xbox. Wifi is available throughout the flat and you want to clean while on holiday? No problem, a hoover, mop and various cleaning products are available for you. However, you can also ignore these things - the final cleaning and linen/towel package can be booked separately. Travelling with a baby? In the flat you will find a travel cot with mattress (leak-proof), high chair and children's crockery. Children's bed linen can also be booked and there is a washing machine and tumble dryer in the cellar, which will provide clean laundry for a small coin. Wet towels can be hung on the drying rack on the balcony or in the drying room.
There is a large private car park next to the house. Simply choose a parking space. The house has a fairly large garden, although you are not allowed to use it. The house rules still exude the charm of the 1970s.
We are friendly landlords. If anything is missing or going wrong, just talk to us - we'll find a solution.
Just like the Baltic Sea. Sea, beach, boats, beach chairs, Ostseetherme, Hansapark, Vogelpark Niendorf, Karls Erdbeerhof, Lübeck, Hamburg. Lots of nature, lots of fresh air, lots of sun (even if there's no guarantee).
