The house stands on a beautiful plot of 900 square metres and is completely fenced in. Surrounded by an enchanting cottage garden, it has 3 terraces, one of which is covered, and a conservatory. The beautiful trees provide plenty of shade on the property. It is in an absolutely quiet location and all sights are within easy reach.
Norddeich is 12 km from the house, Norden 6 and Hage can be reached in just 450 m. All necessary shopping facilities can be reached in just 3-5 minutes by car or in 10 minutes by bike.
In addition to the lovingly furnished house, the property is certainly another highlight. The house is a good starting point to explore the East Frisian Islands. Greetsiel is only 20 minutes away. Shopping facilities and restaurants can be found in the small village of Hage, just 450 metres from the house.
There are 2 bicycles available free of charge. The lawn is maintained daily by a robot mower. Dogs are very welcome. The wood-burning stove in the kitchen adds a special touch. The house is an old brick house from 1939 and has been extensively renovated in 2018, we have furnished the house with a lot of heart and attention to detail to emphasise the special charm of the small country house.
