Two separate bedrooms guarantee privacy, while the bathroom is equipped with a shower, bathtub, washbasin and WC as well as a washing machine. The centrepiece of the flat is a huge, gallery-like kitchen-cum-living room, in which you will find a TV with DVB-T reception (the commercial-free Austrian TV in particular is a highlight), two fridges and plenty of space for cooking.

Outside, a spacious 50,000 m² garden awaits you, inviting you to relax. With garden furniture, a barbecue and the option to charge electric cars at our wallbox, our outdoor area offers all the amenities you could wish for to enjoy a relaxing time in nature.
