This stylish accommodation is perfect for a relaxing and active holiday in a rural setting. Situated directly on the green belt of Lindau and yet in the centre. Only approx. 1.8 km from Lindau Island. The bus stop is in the immediate vicinity of the flat. The bus runs every half hour. Bregenz is only 10 km away and the nearest ski area is approx. 35 minutes' drive. The Lindau Golf Club is approx. 1 km away.
The holiday flat, about 80 m² in size, consists of the following rooms: A living room with flatscreen TV, spacious couch and direct access to the outside area -terrace and garden- ; a fully equipped kitchen with cooker, oven, microwave, coffee maker, fridge/freezer and also direct access to the terrace, as well as an adjoining bathroom with shower, toilet, washing machine and dryer; 1 bedroom with 2 m double bed and a guest room with 1.40 m box spring bed and direct access to the balcony.
The terrace is equipped with garden furniture, parasol and two garden loungers. The property is fenced and therefore also ideal for children and dogs.
The terrace and garden are south-facing. The terrace is covered and there are also parasols for shade.
Guest tickets are included in the daily price. These include, among other things, free use of local transport (bus & train)
