Our ***** holiday home is located directly on the Steinhuder Meer in the Mardorf-Strand holiday area. We offer you a wonderful ambience for your holiday by the sea. Our holiday home has 3 living levels. On the ground floor (barrier-free) is the living area with an open kitchen block, a bedroom (180x200cm) and a WC with shower and the HWIR with washing machine (incl. detergent), tumble dryer, heating and living room ventilation system, among other things. On the second level you will find the second bedroom (180x200cm), a bathroom and the door to our roof terrace. The third level - our library - offers you approx. 50 current books, a leather sofa, a bench, heating and dimmable light for a cosy atmosphere.

The Steinhuder Meer, in the Steinhuder Meer Nature Park, is a bird sanctuary of international importance. The sea eagle also has its territory here. Experience the rich bird life and the fascination of bird migration. Go sailing, surfing, pedal boating or take a trip across the sea on an "emigrant". There is plenty to see and experience on land: climbing in the treetops, golfing or following archaeological traces are just some of the possibilities. On bike tours, on horseback, with inline skates, find your way to nature or follow the themed trails and hiking routes. Picturesque old spa facilities, villages and corridors as well as numerous erratic blocks tell of the rich natural and cultural history of this region.
