Our holiday flats are located in an exclusive, quiet residential area in Marktredwitz with a view of the town. The holiday apartments are very comfortable and lovingly furnished. The garden is a feast for the eyes and can of course also be enjoyed by our guests.
In front of the living room is a covered terrace with an open fireplace and seating. The beautifully maintained and fully fenced garden with its koi carp pond offers lovely seating areas and a sunbathing lawn. There is a walk-in windmill for children to play on.
Facilities: Light-flooded living/dining room with sofa set, dining area and satellite TV, WLAN, barrier-free shower, WC, washing machine, storage room, fitted kitchen, 1 bedroom, vine-covered pergola with large seating area and open fireplace. The view of the garden with koi pond is a dream! A seating area right by the pond invites you to linger. Towels, bed and table linen and kitchen inventory are of course provided. The kitchen is very well equipped. The bathroom with underfloor heating offers every comfort with an oversized, barrier-free shower, WC and washing machine. In the living-dining room you can spend cosy evenings with a flat-screen TV, comfortable sofa set with 3-seater, 2-seater and armchair as well as a dining set.
The town itself has around 20,000 inhabitants and is an up-and-coming town with a beautiful pedestrianised zone and excellent shopping facilities. The town has an indoor swimming pool and a lovingly designed outdoor pool in the former state garden show grounds. The neighbouring Fichtelgebirge mountains have chair lifts, a summer toboggan run on the Ochsenkopf, hiking opportunities to the individual accommodation huts and climbing opportunities. We are particularly proud of the romantic rock labyrinth with its gigantic dimensions, in which you can hike and climb. At the foot of the labyrinth is Germany's most beautiful and best-known open-air theatre, where the "Luisenburg Festival" takes place every year. Other excursion destinations that are highly recommended: Bayreuth (Hermitage, Festival Theatre), Waldsassen Basilica and the Czech spa triangle of Karlovy Vary, Mariánské Lázne and Františkovy Lázne.
The nearby town forest with many hiking opportunities is just 300 metres away. The "Forsthaus" restaurant with its hearty food and cosy atmosphere invites you to take a break. Like everything else in the area, it offers unrivalled value for money.
From the house you can go on extended hikes, e.g. to the local mountain "Kösseine", which offers catering and accommodation. A bird of prey park with daily eagle demonstrations is approx. 6 km away. In the neighbouring Fichtelgebirge you also have the opportunity to hike mountains at altitudes between 900 and 1050 metres. There are also several lake and rock formations in the Fichtelgebirge, e.g. the gigantic "rock labyrinth".
