Wustrow, Ahrenshoop and Dierhagen can be reached by car within 15 minutes and by bike within 40 minutes. There are very well-developed cycle paths (Baltic Sea cycle path). The nearest supermarket is eight kilometres away. There is a bakery three kilometres away. There is a restaurant and a snack bar 300 metres away.

Bicycles can be hired. The property is fenced. A motorboat for fishing or sailing on the Saaler Bodden (licence-free for up to five people) is available and can be hired. The bathing area on the Bodden beach is about 300 metres away.
