At the edge of the forest, this detached house is available. The lower floor is built from the Middle Ages. The two upper floors are completely new built. In the garden runs a small stream and the house has clean well water.Neuhausen is a small village settled on the middle of the Old Salt Route between Leipzig and Prague. Dresden, Chemnitz, Prague and the Saxon Switzerland can be reached by car in one to one and half hour.Winter offers many opportunities for winter sports. In Kliny in the Czech Republic, there are also ski facilities and chairlifts.Nearby you will find the Erzgebirge wood art village Seiffen, the castle in Augustusburg, Bobbahn in Altenberg, Bierbaumuseum Rechenberg-Bienenmühle, Nutcracker museum in Neuhausen.The house has a large garden where you can enjoy the sun until evening.The area is particularly suitable for hiking and (sporty) cyclists and motoring.
